The health and well-being of our clients and customers during these times is paramount. As we navigate through this abnormal time, we want to assure you that as a designated essential services provider, we have adopted the safest, best practices and protocols recommended by health officials for our industry during the pandemic alert and moving forward.

We want to help you cope and stay safe while you engage in any real estate related activity. That includes adopting safe and healthy procedures for listing, showing and selling your home or guiding you through safe property showings to find your next, best home.

Although we are equipping our seller clients with marketing tools that include virtual video tours to safely market their properties to prospective buyers, below are many of the examples of the best practices, procedures, guidelines and protocols that we are actively adopting to provide the safest real estate experience once buyers decide to take a closer look by physically attending a pre-scheduled viewing.

We are proud to offer these practices and guidelines along with our member colleagues so that all of our clients will gain confidence that they can stay safe while carrying out their real estate related activities.

As we work together with our business Partners during this challenging time, we would like to extend our support and sincere gratitude to all of the frontline workers for their selfless acts of kindness and their dedication to the health and well-being of us all as brothers and sisters in this fight. Thank you so very much for your service

Staying Connected:

While face-to-face contact is challenged during the period of social distancing, there are other ways to maintain a personal connection with your agent. Video calling tools such as FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, can help when face to face is not available or the best choice and can be more effective than a phone call.  These can also prove to be useful if you wish to view aspects of a property not shown through the listing.

Above all, it’s important that you’re taking precautions to ensure your personal safety, and the safety of others during your home search. I have been using these tools for a while now, before the pandemic, and I will continue to utilize the best, most advanced technologies to market my clients properties.
