A very unstable Real Estate Market is upon us. We’ve grown accustom to either all up or all down but now us REALTOR’s are having to really examine the data to get the whole picture. The data for the whole Vancouver Region is out and the numbers look a little daunting for sellers but pretty impressive on the buyer side.
